Rowlett Computer Services – Diagnostics & Repair

Much like an automobile, a computer has electrical components and moving parts which make up what is commonly known as the hardware platform, then the software, which includes but is not limited to the operating system, applications such as a word processor and your browser of choice, which all interact with each other.

Before we start any repairs, just like an auto repair or appliance shop, we must first diagnose whether the system has hardware of software issues (sometimes it is both), to determine what is making your system perform slowly or just downright mis-behave. After we make our assessment, we then contact you, and explain your best options, get your approval, and then start the repair process. Most of the time we are able to tell you what is the most likely culprit, simply by asking you a few questions.
